I'm sure most of you have seen the new Google map feature that shows 360 street-level views of certain cities. The following is a hilarious article on the on-line magazine Slate showing all sorts of privacy issues that have been raised as , nose-pickers, urinators, stripclub goers etc. found themselves captured in Google's "cartography"

Did they buy the A9 data that Amazon was developing? Looks like the same stuff. As for privacy issues, i can see just about all of those noted activities on any cross-section walk across a college campus. I think the image-capture at street level is really neat stuff.
