Well... I don't have a story nearly as interesting as Mike, so I won't bore you with that...

I was in London last weekend for a Who concert in the Albert Hall, followed by a business meeting on Monday. In the remaining time, I busied myself with sightseeing and trying to relax (sitting in a park with a book). Here's a photo I shot in Greenwich that I thought would go down well here:

Now I've got Pinball Wizard in my head.
So is the neighboring store to the east the 'Last Shop in the World'?

Actually, they had 2 opening acts, so The Who didn't start until 9:15 or so. Besides, even though they're old, they still rock harder than most 'young' bands :P

The meeting went very well, but I had all of Sunday to recover from the concert. I wasn't that close to the speakers this time, so my ears actually weren't ringing (or maybe I've been doing this too much and have gone deaf already). Mind you, most of the recovering I needed was from the fact I had to get up at 4:30 on Saturday because I had an 8 am flight from Antwerp to London, then the concert that evening.

No trip to Stanfords this time, I'm afraid. But I'll go there again next time I'm in London.
