If we are talking about feature, MS Outlook is better.... there's a reason it costs some money...
If you are aiming for free, I suggest that you go for either Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail. Windows Live Mail supports HTTP, IMAP, and POP3 connections, RSS, contact sync, calendar sync, and it is easy to use.
