Hello Everyone - Has anyone installed the 64-bit version of Vista and used it in a production environment? I'd like to hear some feedback. I've been running the 32-bit version for about a month now and it has been OK with a few little quirks in programs like Photoshop and Illustrator. The most notable quirk is how certain dialogs in Adobe applications will take 10-30 seconds to open the first time. The functionality is fine, but those delays become annoying at times.
I'm chomping at the bit to get a new computer for Vista 64, but I can't help but wonder if I might be too far on the leading edge this time...

I think it matters more on what kind of 64-bit programs you plan on running (if any)?
If you are thinking in terms of graphics programs, not many 64-bit applications exist right now. there may even be unforeseen compatibility issues with running some 32-bit applications. Run a search and you can see many sites on the debate of 32 vs 64.
