Kadar,

Here is a some information from Avenza on floating licenses: Floating License

I recommend contacting Avenza directly with any questions concerning their licensing.

Avenza's floating licenses for MP or GI work on the concept of the user checks out the license from a License Server running somewhere on your network. (The License Server is just a program running on any computer in the network and does not require a dedicated machine for it.) When you check out the license you have the option of doing so for a given period of time (works well if you are going to be working away from the office) or for the duration of your session (until you quit Illustrator). You may use a license on only one machine at a time, but once you "return" the license it becomes available to another user. You can purchase multiple floating licenses so that as many users as you have licenses can be using MAPublisher simultaneously. The plug-in is installed on every machine that you would plan to use the licenses on and you simply activate MP when you want to use it, otherwise Illustrator will continue to function fully but no MAPublisher function will be enabled.

The cost of the license is about 2.5 times the cost of a single license, so you need to take a good look at what your usage will be. It may be more economic than individual licenses if several of your users would only be in need of the plug-in occasionally.
