392 downloadsIt requires a basemap image as a JPEG, which I've exported from ArcView at 89dpi to get an image of 700x509 pixels. (Texas, filled gray, no border)
I am then trying to load county/state boundaries as an SWF file in order to preserve that layer as a vector. In order to get the layer to SWF, I have to export from ArcGIS to AI. When I load it in AI, it is actually a different size "on screen", regardless of what resolution I choose to export at. Note that I am viewing in AI at 100%.

395 downloadsSo, as you can see, it does not overlay exactly over the JPEG image. It doesn't seem to be a "display" problem with WorldKit, since I've set the extent and pixel size of the SWF layer to exactly the same as the JPEG basemap layer.
