Zip Code Maps
Provides detailed map of all US zip codes, powered by google map. You can find each zip code with a google map and link to city, states. You also find the link for details demographic information of each zip code.

John Coryat has a great zip code mapping application along with some other applications at the following url:

http://maps.huge.info/

He has actually made a tile layer for the whole country which he has overlayed on the Google Maps tiles.

I'm not sure about whether or not this is advertising...

As for whether or not it's allowed, this has always been a bit of a 'grey' area on Cartotalk. With so many self-employed cartographers here, as well as representatives of various commercial companies and products, it's inevitable that some of the content could be regarded as advertisement or promotion. I'm personally okay with that, as long as we keep focussing on content and not become a repository for press releases.
