The new ArcGIS 9.2 is worth a mention for Cartographers at large.
Not sure if I will jump back on the ESRI ship, but it would be nice to ear what new upgraders have to say about this version.
Also, I believe that these interesting cartographic features are only available in the ArcEditor module .... extra $$!!?
