It looks like the Pictometry oblique imagery that I used to work with?

Erin,
The imagery was used mostly in planning documents, so I did alot of annotation of oblique digital imagery. Pictometry imagery is georeferenced so it allows overlaying shapefiles to a certain extent ( no pun intended). So we incorporated the images with other datasets (zoning, parcels, Open space etc...)
