GIS Cartographer

HarperCollins General Reference division, one of the UK's leading reference publishers, currently has a vacancy for a GIS Cartographer in the World Atlas section of its Glasgow office.

You will form part of a small team responsible for capturing and maintaining digital cartographic databases using industry standard GIS software as well as contributing to GIS development projects and providing support to internal and external users of GIS data.

You will be a good team player with an eye for detail and a degree level qualification in GIS/Cartography/Geography. Practical experience of ESRI products, any relational database, VB or Python scripting would be an advantage.
