Nat & Margaret,

Great job on distilling the comments from everyone and presenting the information from the Map Off.

Thanks again for a well run event. It was a great way to start the conference.

I would like to further comment on the excellent distillation of the session by Mary Beth.

If she has a hand in producing fine Cognac, please let us know...

Well done - I am impressed by the entries. Now I feel a bit peckish for some cheese...

Resurrecting an old topic...

Does anybody have a copy of the 2006 programme handy? I seem to recall there being a presentation on mapping cell-phone locations in Milano and I could have sworn it was at the 2006 NACIS. Could anybody confirm this, and if possible get me the contact details of whoever did that presentation?

Hans,

The presentation was titled "Mapping Data Traces and New York City's 311 data" by Sarah Williams of Columbia University, Spatial Information Design Lab. She also discussed other projects including the cell phone usage in Milan. If you need a copy of the page from the program, let me know.
