Can't wait to get there. I'll be leaving tomorrow (spending the weekend with a friend in Toronto, will be in Madison by Tuesday).
By the way, anybody up for dinner on Tuesday? Drop me a line (hans-at-redgeographics-dot-com)...

I think the trip to the liquor store did that.

The attached link has the National Weather Service forecast for Madison in the upcoming days.
NWS-Madison
Yesterday we had snow, sleet, and ice pellets. It's supposed to warm up again, but then I did hear of another cold snap possibly by the end of next week...So stay tuned.
See ya there!

Hans,
You know it, although Nat, Steve and I won't be rumbling into Madison until probably 8pm....so it'd either have to be a late dinner or we'll work something out later on during the conference.
[sarcasm]
So should we NOT be driving the big, purple "Minnesota Vikings mobile" into Madison? I'd hate to get mooned the whole way through town......... <inside joke for all the National Football League's Packer-Backers who will be hosting us next week>.

Derek,
That could be risky. There might be some pesky Badgers ready to slash those tires with the "once again retained" Paul Bunyan Ax!
