Hello
I am currently looking for any bathymetric data between Vancouver Island and the mainland as well as administrative polygons captured at 1:250000 or better. A freely available source would be the best.
Thanks in advance

depending on how much of the island you need, this site:
http://www.ngdc.noaa...try/relief.html
might have some datasets that go that far north. It is US federal, but NOAA maps a lot of areas.

Might want to browse this site. Maybe not what you are looking for, but a good source to contact.

Regards,
Oops,
You can also check out
www.geobase.ca
www.geogratis.ca
You should find some bathymetric data and boundary files in those sites,
Happy searching.
