Hi just though I would introduce myself.

I've been involved in the map making industry since 1985.

I specialize in putting geo-spacial data together and producing cartographic products for conventional industries. Mining, forestry and utilities. From GPS, Aerial photography to data structuring and wall map production, I find every technical aspect of today geomatics industry fascinating.

I do come across (once in a while) business opportunities that I can't tackle or would require assistance. May I suggest a small section for these opportunities (maybe I overlooked one) be added to CartoTalk. Who knows it might help out those in need of work.

We've discussed adding a section like that in the past, but it never materialized. In the meantime, feel free to use any of the other sections (as long as it's the appropriate one) to post requests like this.

Welcome to the forum! Its the best English speaking general cartography forum I have found too.
A lot of what I do relates to the water resources industry, but slowly and surely I have been improving my cartography skills to now serve the general market too.
