I would contact the manufacturer. They have historically been very responsive to inquiries:

I got some interesting feedback from one of my printers concerning HopSyn. The press operators preferred PolyArt because they felt it was more consistant. They said HopSyn varied regarding ink absorption and general finish. No specific (printed) examples, but I had never asked the press operators what they preferred, and was surprised at the answer.
