I agree with Derek, that is a pretty harsh statement. I think its a great service for freelancers. I have been tempted to register a few times but stopped myself as I want to launch my website first with my portfolio and Resume. I know of other serrvices (GISbid) that provide bidding services for GIS and RS but I would like to see more.
Just my thoughts.
