Most of those slides were taken from a pre-event (Google's Geo Developer Day) of O'Reilly's Where 2.0 Conference last month. You can watch the whole 2 hour video on Google video.
It is somewhat revealing and I thought it was worth the time to watch, especially the Q/A after the presentations.
I called (then) Keyhole a couple of years ago and John Hanke and Noah Doyle came to give a presentation to the agency I work for. I am glad they are still around pushing the product. $10,000 seems like a bit much for the commercial license to use Google Maps though.
