Hans - I couldn't find that topic were you were talking about preparing a globe/ball for a client - maybe it was lost in the great hacker/backup event some time ago. How did that go? any pictures?

As far as I know, he finished the first Segment. It took the producer a while before he settled on the way the bean bag was to be stitched.

Hans can surely elaborate on that.

As Andreas said, I've finished a sample of one of the 5 gores and sent that off to the client so that they could have a look at it. They're also still in the process of working out the physical production of the balls, specifically the cover (material, production method, stitching method), so that's causing some delays.

I'll post some images of the 'sample' gore tomorrow or on Monday. I just got back from a trip to Bonn and Berlin (meeting with Andreas) and I'm wading through heaps of email. :blink:
