Not sure if this is the right place to go, but I figure you guys know more about this than I do. I am trying to convert SID files to jpg files. I can get that done with mrsiddecode, but the image doesn't come out georegistered. I tried getting the jgw (world file) out, but the coordinates that it gave don't seem to be right. Any ideas?

You could try GDAL. If you download the FW-Tools installation pack, it includes the ability to read .sid's.

Your command, from the fw-tools command line would look like:

for %f in (*.sid) do gdal_translate -of JPEG -co WORLDFILE=YES %f %f.jpg
