I thought I would share this with everyone, it's not the main project I am working on with my client, but this little mashup takes all the Summer Feeding Site Program (SFSP... a federal program of the USDA) sites in New York City and provides a convenient interface to locate by zip code, by boro, or by browing all locations. The New York City Dept. of Education is linking directly to the site and they are very excited about the possibilities of online mapping!
Don't know how much use it will get, but even if it simply demonstrates to the city that online maps could be a central component of their information dissemination strategy, it was worth it.

Well done.
I didn't tool around too much to see if links work etc. Seems like Queens sites weren't uploaded when queried. Manhattan worked.

Yikes, actually Queens and Staten Island aren't working. How did I miss that??
Thanks for checking up. And, just for the record, this is supposed to be a low-tech simple map
