Using ArcGIS 9.1
I have a bunch of census tracts in a layer, a selection from the overall census tracts file. I also have a layer of points. I need to select only the census tracts that do not contain a point from the other layer.
I've tried clipping, intersecting, and unions. I can't find anything appropriate in Data Management tools. It seems that points and polygons don't play nice together.
Help.
