I have added the Gallery feature to the forums. The link is in the top nav under the header graphic. I think this will be a better location for our perr map reviews and the new map crits.

Also since so many of us seem to be photographers I have added a member's photo gallery to show off your work.

Let me know what you think of this once you have tried it out. Enjoy!

Go into the appropriate section and click the "new image" button (top right, the middle one).

what I miss -- posts in this category don't show up when I use the "View New Posts" feature, is that something that is fixable?

I agree frax... it feels much less "interactive" to me than a normal thread. Since Nick is on vaca for 2 weeks, though, I don't know if anyone else can answer your question.

For whatever reason, I don't have a "new image" button in the member photos gallery. The other three all have a "new image" button, but not the member photos.

I'm back

Gallery posts are treated differently. I was able through some custom scripting to add them to the home page and have new posts appear there. I will add it to a todo list to see if they can be included in the "new posts"
