[cartogis]

Hello. I'm working as a research assistant at Division of Cartography, Department of Geodetic and Photogrammetric Engineering, Yildiz Technical University (YTU), Istanbul, Turkey. Specifically, my interests are generalization, multiple representation databases (MRDB), GIS, topographic and thematic cartography.

I am using softwares like MapInfo Professional, Laser-Scan LAMPS2, AutoCAD etc. And also I am interested in programming with macro languages like LULL, MapBasic.

Our division has just started a project on Mountain Cartography and GIS. We will implement 3D modeling and visualization of a mount in Turkey. Besides, some spatial analysis will be added.
