Colliers
Lanard & Axilbund, a Center City Commercial Real Esate firm is
seeking a skilled individual to provide mapping and GIS support to
Commercial Real Estate brokers in the Retail, Industrial and Office
Sectors. Primary responsibilities include production of high quality
site specific and market wide maps and demographic reports for site
tours, presentations and site suitability analysis, and maintaining and
updating an in-house retail location database.



Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience with ESRI and/or MapInfo Software.

Strong Skills in the Microsoft Office Suite including Access and Abode Acrobat and Photoshop.

Knowledge of US Census Demographic data, aerial photography, geographic analysis and geocoding practices.

Creative
problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective personal
time management and organizational skills are a must.

Experience with plotters/DesignJet printers is also a plus.

Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced environment, independently and with others.

Ability to prioritize a constantly changing workflow.



Education:

BA/BS
in Geography, GIS, Cartography, or Urban Planning or such knowledge
that may come with professional experience creating custom maps,
working as a GIS Analyst, Planner, Geographer, or providing mapping/GIS
support in the Real Estate Industry.
